Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing experience at the Baron Palm hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the pool area was fantastic with no fighting over sunbeds. The staff, from senior management to waiters and cleaners, were all exceptional. I can't fault anyone, and I am already planning to return next year to be looked after with a personal touch by the wonderful team, including Osama Hamed, Mohamed Hamdy, the room cleaner of room 327, Ali the bell captain, Ahmed the assistant front desk manager, Muhammad Ali, and the reception staff.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a large balcony and a pleasant pool view. The friendly staff adds to the overall positive experience, although the location is a bit far from the center, contributing to a very quiet atmosphere within the property.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the animation team added a fun touch to the atmosphere. However, our room had a slight cigarette smell, but the beds were super comfortable, which made up for it.
The hotel had very tidy and clean rooms with a pool view, but the dirty curtains hanging at a 'funny angle' made the whole place look untidy. The reception staff and the manager were helpful, smiling, and welcoming, catering to our every need. The location was big, not crowded, near Soho square in Sharm El-Sheikh, making it convenient for diving enthusiasts. The dining experience was very good, offering a variety of excellent dishes, but the nearby cafe staff, especially Mr Mahmoud and Hossem, were rude and inappropriate.
The resort offers super clean and comfy rooms with great pool views, overlooking the sea, and partial pool view. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful, especially Adel & Tarek. The location is serene, although a bit far from the center, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere. The dining experience is mostly delightful with minor delays in service. A wonderful choice for a relaxing vacation with fantastic amenities and well-kept facilities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was ideal, close to Sharm El Sheikh Airport and offering a great view of Tiran Island, but a bit far from Naama Bay. The rooms were perfect with a good view of the pool, very clean, and comfortable, while the small size and poorly maintained curtains affected the overall tidiness. The service was a rollercoaster with a mix of pushy and rude attitudes from some staff but balanced out by friendly and helpful encounters with others. The dining experience lacked food choices and speed, but the quality was good with traditional local products available. The facilities were decent overall, with some room for improvement. The value for money was present but fluctuated across different aspects of the stay, making it a moderate choice for accommodation.
